The above pages together make up an earlier booklet titled, “The Forgotten Founder.” The following pages contain additional information related to the founding and early history of Lions Clubs, including how some clubs today recognize Dr. Woods as the founder, an eleven page letter written and circulated by Melvin Jones with his version of the founding and a 31-page affidavit by Dr. Woods of his version of the founding.
